SUB-METERING SERVICES FOR POWER, WATER AND GAS

Whether already outfitted, included in new construction or added in a later conversion, once a building is equipped to suite meter we assist landlords, property managers and condominium companies obtain precise readings, invoice accurate amounts, and collect payments. Suite Metering is the only fair way to allocate utility costs amongst residents of multi-suite properties. Traditional bulk metering takes the aggregate of the building’s utility usage and costs, and then splits it up equally to all suites based on square footage. This is an unfair way of splitting utility costs.

Parksistem car parking barrier systems are equipped with smart arm, safety photocell and loop detectors and safety packets to prevent damage to passing vehicles. The safety photocell and the loop detector do not move the barrier arm to prevent damage if there is a vehicle under the barrier arm even if the button is activated. Even if the safety photocell and the loop detector fail, the intelligent arm feature detects the object and rises up when it has a contact with it under the arm.

Programmable. Our products and services include, among others: The opening and closing times vary according to the characteristics of the parking barrier systems and the vehicle passing density in the parking lot to be used. Time intervals from 1 to 6 seconds are programmable.

ROAD BARRIERS

Different types of road barrier are widely used in highway toll station, checkpoints, prisons, airports, government buildings, embassies, military base stations, customs, hotel, parking lots and all public areas requiring effective control of vehicles in and out.

Usually, the operator sends a command either through a button or remote operation to the hydraulic drive for the road block device to lift up thus preventing any vehicle from forcing through. There are four types of road barriers, namely:
